Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in the United States and Thailand, depending on product availability and destination.


What is your jewelry made of?

Monaluck jewelry is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, often with 18K gold plating or rhodium coating for extra shine and durability.
All pieces are waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic — made to be worn daily without worry.


Does the jewelry change color?

Our jewelry is designed to maintain its color and shine under normal wear.
However, in rare cases of fading or discoloration, you’re covered under our 90-day color warranty.
If your jewelry changes color within 90 days, simply email support@monaluck.com with a photo and proof of purchase — we’ll replace it or issue store credit.


What if I lose or break my jewelry?

Lost items are not covered under our warranty.
If your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing issue (such as a faulty clasp or chain defect) within 90 days, we’ll replace it or issue store credit.
Please send a photo or video of the damage and your order number to support@monaluck.com so we can help.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order — but you can still request a return for store credit after receiving it.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • U.S. Orders: 2–6 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at support@monaluck.com.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit if eligible.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

All prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD.
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by Monaluck.


How do I return an item?

To start a return, email returns@monaluck.com within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a free return label if your order qualifies.
Please note: returns are for store credit only and must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.


What if the item I received is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

If your item arrived damaged or not as described, contact us immediately at support@monaluck.com.
Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Store credits are issued within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected.
If approved for a refund due to a special case (e.g., defective item), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
