We accept returns, refunds, store credit requests, or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Requirements

To qualify, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Earrings
  • Final sale items
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless approved after review)
  • Orders from TikTok Lives, bundle deals, or limited promotions
  • Items damaged due to misuse

🔒 60-Day Limited Warranty

Monaluck offers a 60-day limited warranty from the purchase date for eligible items that:

  • Change color due to a quality issue
  • Break under normal wear

✅ Warranty Coverage Includes

  • Tarnishing or discoloration caused by a manufacturing issue
  • Broken chains, clasps, or bracelet links caused by quality defects

🚫 Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Scratches, dents, or bending from impact
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or improper care
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items not listed on our website
  • Normal wear and tear

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Your order information

A Monaluck representative will review your claim before approval.

Warranty Resolution

Approved warranty claims qualify for:

  • An exchange, or
  • Store credit (gift card)

Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.


🛍 In-Person Purchases & Pop-Up Events

All in-person and pop-up purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.

To qualify for any approved warranty review:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • The item must be listed on the Monaluck website at the time of purchase

Items not listed on our website may not qualify for warranty coverage.
