Return & Exchange Requirements
To qualify, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in original condition and packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Final sale items
- Discounted or promotional items (unless approved after review)
- Orders from TikTok Lives, bundle deals, or limited promotions
- Items damaged due to misuse

Monaluck offers a 60-day limited warranty from the purchase date for eligible items that:
- Change color due to a quality issue
- Break under normal wear
✅ Warranty Coverage Includes
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by a manufacturing issue
- Broken chains, clasps, or bracelet links caused by quality defects
🚫 Warranty Does Not Cover
- Lost or stolen items
- Scratches, dents, or bending from impact
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or improper care
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items not listed on our website
- Normal wear and tear

A Monaluck representative will review your claim before approval.
Warranty Resolution
Approved warranty claims qualify for:
- An exchange, or
- Store credit (gift card)
Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.
🛍 In-Person Purchases & Pop-Up Events
All in-person and pop-up purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.
To qualify for any approved warranty review:
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
- The item must be listed on the Monaluck website at the time of purchase
Items not listed on our website may not qualify for warranty coverage.
