- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

- Returns are issued as store credit only

- A $5 return shipping fee is deducted from store credit

- Exchanges are free (no return shipping fee)

If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect or unexpected discoloration under normal use within 90 days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

- Approved claims qualify for a replacement or store credit

- Normal wear, misuse, loss, or damage caused by improper care is not covered
